Driving Research in Midlife Female Athlete Health

Athlete Longevity Lab is a research and community-driven initiative focused on helping midlife female athletes navigate hormonal change, recovery shifts, and long-term performance. ALL is built for athletes entering their mid-30s and beyond who refuse to step away from the identity that shaped them. As physiology evolves and hormones begin to shift, training that once felt natural can suddenly feel different. Recovery changes. Strength fluctuates. Performance becomes harder to predict.

Athlete Longevity Lab exists to bridge the gap between sports medicine, hormone science, and lifelong performance. We bring together physicians, performance experts, and athletes to explore medically informed strategies that help women sustain the strength, energy, and resilience that have defined them for decades.

This is not about learning how to work out again.
It is about restoring the conditions that allow athletes to keep performing.

About Me

I created Athlete Longevity Lab because I was living the need for it.

As a lifelong athlete, performance, discipline, and movement have always been part of who I am. But in midlife, things began to change. Recovery shifted. Strength fluctuated. Energy became less predictable. Training no longer felt the way it always had.

At the same time, I was balancing the full reality of life as a mother, a professional, and a woman trying to stay connected to the athlete I had always been. What I wanted most was not another generic fitness plan. I wanted a community of female athletes going through the same mental and physical changes, with space for those experiences to be understood, validated, and explored more deeply.

That is why I'm building Athlete Longevity Lab.

This is a space for midlife female athletes (mid-30's+) who are not stepping away from performance, but learning how to sustain it with better support, better insight, and stronger community.
